Concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) has demonstrated benefits for the treatment of stage III/IV nasopharyngeal cancer (NPC) compared with radiotherapy (RT) alone. This study evaluated the efficacy of cisplatin-based CCRT compared with radiotherapy alone in patients with stage II NPC.Patients with stage II NPC were randomly assigned to receive RT alone or CCRT.
