Standard chemotherapy for early unfavorable Hodgkin’s lymphoma (HL)— four cycles of ABVD (Adriamycin, bleomycin, vinblastine, and dacarbazine) and 30 Gy involved-field radiotherapy (IFRT)—results in 80% long-term tumor control.
