Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL) has become curable for the majority of patients, but there remains a need to improve outcomes for patients with advanced-stage disease. To explore this need, a dose-dense BEACOPP regimen, consisting of bleomycin, etoposide, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, procarbazine, and prednisone, has been evaluated in a baseline and a dose-escalated version.
