Testicular seminoma has excellent cure rates in response to chemotherapy and radiation therapy, even when metastatic. The Swedish and Norwegian Testicular Cancer Project (SWENOTECA) provides programs for management of testicular cancer. SWENOTECA V was a standardized protocol for the treatment of patients with seminoma.
