ORLANDO (EGMN) - A retrospective analysis of 527 patients suggests there is no role for routine chest radiography in the surveillance of stage I testicular seminoma.With a median follow-up of 72 months (range, 1-193 months) after orchiectomy, 75 men have relapsed, but none has had an isolated chest relapse.Only one patient had an abnormal chest radiograph, but the pulmonary metastasis seen on x-ray was also visible on chest CT.One patient had a biopsy-proven inguinal node metastasis with a normal...
