Abstract

Question: The patient is a 56-year-old male diagnosed with superior vena cava syndrome caused by small cell lung cancer (SCLC). He was irradiated and his obstructive symptoms were relieved. However, after radiation, he developed thrombosis of the abdominal aorta 15 days ago.
