Abstract
"Ask the Expert” features answers by our experts to your clinical questions. Question: If you decide to treat a patient with "high risk" stage II colon cancer (eg, a T4 or a microsatellite-stable [MSS] T3 lesion) with adjuvant chemotherapy, do you routinely use an oxaliplatin combination (FOLFOX or XELOX) and only use single-agent capecitabine if oxaliplatin is contraindicated?
